Door-through-door, not curb-to-curb
James walks to the door, offers an arm, confirms the appointment time, and waits until the front door closes behind his rider on the return trip. It is a small set of habits that adds up to a very different experience.
Every Green Way driver completes defensive driving, passenger assistance, wheelchair securement, HIPAA, CPR, and sensitivity training before their first solo trip.
