1. Message Types
You will receive transactional, transportation-related notifications only. Green Way Transportation does not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages. Message types include:
- Ride confirmations
- Appointment reminders

- Driver arrival updates
- Schedule changes
- Cancellation notices
- Trip completion notifications
- Payment or account reminders
- Customer-support communications
2. How to Opt In
Opt-in is collected exclusively through the forms on this website. Each form includes an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default; you must check it and submit the form to subscribe.

3. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will be removed from the program and receive a confirmation message. To opt back in, submit any website form with the SMS consent box checked. You may also request removal by contacting us at scheduling@greenway-transportation.com or 877-749-9618.

5. Carrier & Delivery
Delivery of messages depends on your mobile carrier's participation and network availability. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, received, or displayed on time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Not for Emergencies
Text messaging is not a reliable method for emergencies and must not be used to request urgent medical assistance. In an emergency, call 911.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Way Transportation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the text message program, including delays, failed delivery, or carrier issues.
