Become a Driver

Full-time · Part-time · PRN

Drive with purpose. Care in every mile.

Transport riders to dialysis, appointments, and discharges — with door-through-door care. We welcome ambulatory and wheelchair-van drivers. Paid training, meaningful work, and a team that treats every passenger like family.

  • Valid driver's license (Class F, E, or CDL A/B/C)
  • Clean 3-year motor vehicle record
  • Pass background & drug screening
  • Compassion required — no exceptions

Coordinate rides, communicate with drivers and facility partners, and keep the day running on time.

  • 1+ yr customer service or dispatch experience
  • Calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with routing software
  • Excellent phone presence

Serve as the point of contact for hospitals, senior living communities, and family members.

  • Healthcare, social work, or case management background preferred
  • HIPAA-aware
  • Strong written communication

Full-time

Own preventive maintenance, inspections, and vehicle readiness for the entire fleet.

  • ASE certification preferred
  • Experience with wheelchair-van conversions a plus
