How far in advance should I book?

24–48 hours is ideal for routine appointments. Ride requests are available 24/7. Live dispatch support is available during published business hours.

Can you transport someone who uses a wheelchair?

Accepted Answer

Wheelchair passengers are welcome. If you can transfer into the vehicle with your driver's assistance, we'll help you in and stow your folding or transport chair. ADA lift- and ramp-equipped vehicles are available subject to availability — please describe your chair when you book so dispatch can confirm.

Are drivers trained in HIPAA and patient care?

Every driver completes HIPAA, CPR, defensive driving, customer service, and dementia-awareness training before their first ride — recertified quarterly.
